Bonnet’s mission is to fight climate change by accelerating the uptake of sustainable transport. We want to become the largest and most reliable network of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the world and put ‘range anxiety’ to bed. Through software alone, we turn every public and private charging location into an accessible and simple charge point that any driver can use.
EV sales are growing 150% every year and charger installations are expanding at a similar rate. The problem today is that chargers are difficult to find, have non-intuitive payments and are confusing to use.
Bonnet is a startup that is looking to flip the EV charging experience on its head. Backed by Tier 1 VCs and Porsche, the company is looking to bring some customer-centricity and new technologies to the EV charging sector. The app is a one-stop-shop for EV charging, allowing drivers to see, route to and pay for all types of chargers. A single Bonnet account can be used with any charging station and features such as smart route-planning and easy payments simplify the whole experience.

Lead and define our HR and Talent Acquisition strategy
Design & implement a scalable recruitment process to meet our hiring targets
Set and model our culture and values, support employee engagement and manage a substantial budget across facilities and staff-related costs such as social, recruitment, learning & development and benefits

3+ years experience of talent acquisition/senior HR in a startup/scale-up or fast-paced environment
Strategic people leader with proven HR generalist experience, able to be proactive, think ahead and future proof an organisation for scale
Strong network of talent
Have experience creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies across all roles and levels
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Experience in building and structuring internal HR systems
Deep emphasis on culture and ability to maintain culture throughout the company’s growth from 10 to 100 to 1000 people
