EV sales are growing 150% every year and charger installations are expanding at a similar rate. The problem today is that chargers are difficult to find, have non-intuitive payments and are confusing to use.
Bonnet is a startup that is looking to flip the EV charging experience on its head. Backed by Tier 1 VCs and Porsche, the company is looking to bring some customer-centricity and new technologies to the EV charging sector. The app is a one-stop-shop for EV charging, allowing drivers to see, route to and pay for all types of chargers. A single Bonnet account can be used with any charging station and features such as smart route-planning and easy payments simplify the whole experience.

Lead the growth of Bonnet’s charging network by signing on partner charging companies to the platform
Be responsible for partner accounts varying in size from private charging networks with tens of chargers all the way to charging networks with thousands of chargers across Europe
Design and build the expansion strategy to reach 100% coverage of all charging points in the UK and Europe
Engage with partners throughout the entire sales cycle, from first interaction all the way to signing commercials
3+ years experience in a commercial, account management, sales or partnerships role
Excellent communication and relationship management skills across face to face, phone and email
Proven experience delivering against KPIs and OKRs
Comfortable dealing with all levels of partner representatives, including top Corporate Executives
Creativity to find new solutions to overcome key objections and barriers; no two partners are the same and you’d be the mastermind that builds a new approach to each partner
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong sales qualities such as drive, good listening skills and attention to detail
(Desirable) Strong network within the EV, automotive or utilities space
(Desirable) Knowledge of multiple European languages
