We're Bonnet, a platform for electric vehicle charging. Our mission is to help fight climate change by accelerating the uptake of sustainable transport. We aim to revolutionise the EV charging app experience, and make electric car charging easier, more efficient and super-accessible.

It’s still really early days for us, but it’s been going really well - we recently hit 150k customers and 290k charge points cross the UK and Europe, launched our fleet business offering and raised our Seed round (and successfully crowdfunded!). We've also grown our team to almost 30, with 18 different nationalities.

We’re looking for a Partnerships / Business Development Manager to join our team. As part of our commercial team, reporting into Mik (Commercial Lead), you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycles for our B2B products (B2B channel partnerships, Alternator and Dash) in the UK.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify new prospective B2B clients and nurture strong working relationships with them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Stay on top of the sales admin, including contracts, updating the CRM etc.
  • Alongside the wider commercial team, continuously improve the sales process
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Marketing team and stay up to date with (and influence) the product roadmap

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • You’ll probably have upwards of 3 years of experience in Tech SaaS sales and you’re a true generalist - enjoying key account management, partnership development and full sales cycle business development.
  • Experience in the EV Industry (OEM, CPO, CPMS, EMSP, Fleets, etc.) or automotive would be a plus!
  • Comfortable handling data (spreadsheets and BI tools e.g. Looker, Tableau, Trevor is a big bonus)
  • You’re passionate about your work, thrive in ever-changing environments, looking to maximise your impact and you have a strong growth mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Sales Interview (45 minutes) - Expect a mix of a case study/role play with a follow up Q&A section, and some broader value-based questions.
  • Meet the founder(s) (30 minutes) - An informal final chat with either Patrick or Eliot, who’d love to meet whoever is joining the team. And they’d love to answer any final questions you have about Bonnet.
